Products within the same order may occasionally be shipped separately.
Estimated delivery is generally 3–8 business days after dispatch.
Delivery estimates do not limit statutory rights relating to delayed or failed delivery.
9. INTERNATIONAL FULFILLMENT
Orders fulfilled from the United States or China may travel internationally and be handled by multiple logistics providers before final delivery in the UK.
Customs processing may affect delivery times.
Applicable taxes, duties, import charges, or other mandatory charges will be handled or disclosed in accordance with applicable law.
10. CANCELLATION RIGHTS
For most eligible online purchases, consumers have a statutory right to cancel within 14 days after the day the goods are received, subject to applicable exceptions.

11. RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Customers must contact us before returning a product.
Our United Kingdom, United States, and China fulfillment locations are not automatically return addresses.
Where a valid statutory cancellation applies, refunds will be provided in accordance with applicable UK law.
12. FAULTY OR NON-CONFORMING PRODUCTS
Products supplied by The Clog Store UK must comply with applicable UK consumer law, including applicable requirements that goods be as described, of satisfactory quality, and fit for purpose.
